Coloring pages are the ultimate grab and go craft for kids. They are a no prep activity that leaves loads of room for creativity. Plus they’re perfect for practicing fine motor skills (be sure to break those crayons). Even better…they’re great for kids of any age.

In addition to using crayons or markers to color your printable coloring pages, try adding other things from your craft bag…like washi tape, scraps of construction paper (turn it into a mosaic), glue, paint, fluffy cotton, little pompoms…or anything that strikes your fancy. The only limit to what you can do with coloring pages is your imagination.

Of course, it’s also been proven that engaging more of the senses is a great way to enhance learning. Using coloring pages for teaching letters is the perfect learning through play activity.
